ARTISTS

  • 8×8 – $230 (Includes Two (2) vendor passes, One (1) 6ft Table & Two (2) Chairs, Pipe & Drape)

EXHIBITORS

  • 10×10 (inline) – $260 (Includes Two (2) vendor passes, One (1) Table & Two (2) Chairs, Pipe & Drape

  • 10×20 (inline) $360 (Includes Four (4) vendor passes, Two (2) Table & Four (4) Chairs, Pipe & Drape)

  • 10×10 (corner) – $280 (Includes Two (2) vendor passes, One (1) Table & Two (2) Chairs, Pipe & Drape)

  • 10×20 (corner) $380 (Includes Four (4) vendor passes, Two (2) Table & Four (4) Chairs, Pipe & Drape)

  • 10×20 (endcap) $410 (Includes Four (4) vendor passes, Two (2) Table & Four (4) Chairs, Pipe & Drape)

FOOD VENDORS

All food vendors spaces are foot print space only. You must provide your own equipment. Food vending does not require a vendor fee and must provide 20% of sales to venue. Contact us if any questions.

  • 10×20 – (Includes Three (3) vendor passes

Food Truck

  • No vendor fee – Venue Sales Commission of 20% of all sales (Includes Two (2) vendor passes)

  • Please note To accommodate all attendees, we require that food vendors do not include pork or alcoholic beverages in their menus. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating an inclusive event experience

Tucson, AZ – Vendor Permit Requirements

All vendors are required to have a valid Arizona Sales Tax Permit, but we do not need a copy of it, as it is for your internal records. 

Food Vendors

The Pima County Food Permit should only be submitted to the Pima County Fairgrounds Management once your application has been approved.
